
Nitro Ice Cream and More at Science Camp 6/18/2017
Future scientists are doing hands-on projects at Nano Explorers Science Academy at Cameron University in Oklahoma. The camp, started by chemistry professor Ann Nalley, is supported by grants and donations. Its free for students to attend, and there are always more applicants than spaces. Making (and sharing) ice cream using liquid nitrogen is among the projects intended to interest students in STEM careers. read more via The Lawton Constitution
